A month before winning the Bracket Finals at Cecil County Dragway, Frankie scored a win at the final Division 1 LODRS event of 2002 in the Tax Bracket Racing Super Comp Dragster. The win and other late round finishes propelled Frankie to a seventh place finish in the Division 1 Super Comp standings.
