Frankie won his first track championship in 1999, beating out brother Vinnie for the Island Dragway Jr. Dragster title in his final year of racing in the class.

After winning the Island Dragway Jr. Dragster track championship in 1997 and 1998, Vinnie was second best in 1999 to brother Frankie.
